Refunds 

Refunds are offered within 7 days. The customer is responsible for shipping item(s) in original and new condition, safely packaged along with your receipt. A refund will be provided on the occasion that you do not wish to keep the product, with the exception of sale items and earrings due to hygienic purposes. The item must be unworn with tags and in the original packaging.


Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event the item is faulty or damaged, please email us immediately.
A refund will be issued once we have received and assessed your return.


Shipping 

Items are shipped within Australia via registered Australia Post within 1- 3 days. Orders may take 2 - 4 business days to arrive once processed depending on your location. 
For regional areas, delivery may take up to 7 business days. Orders made on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday will generally be dispatched the following business day. 

All shipping fees a non-refundable and can change from time to time.

International orders may take up to 14 business days for delivery, once processed. 
We use standard International shipping via Australia Post.

 Please note International orders may attract custom duties and taxes and as the recipient, you will be responsible for paying these costs to release the goods from customs upon arrival. 
We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.


Jewellery Care 

 Each piece of MARIA KARYDIS jewellery is handmade and require delicate handling. Damage from careless wear/storage or any improper care is not our responsibility.
We recommend jewellery be stored in a sealed pouch to avoid tarnishing which is common when exposed to air for prolonged periods of time. 
Sterling silver metals may be cleaned with a silver cloth. Jewellery should also be kept away from perfumes, lotions, hairsprays and direct sunlight.

PLEASE NOTE
Semi-precious stones have their own individuality and beauty and are not perfect. Such variations are not seen as imperfections but as inherent in their nature.
Natural stones may vary in colour and size which only adds to the uniqueness of each piece. While all jewellery for sale are photographed and described as accurately as possible, the colours shown may vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen.
